Former Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Rebecca Blank, had a passion for bicycling--finding immense joy with her Badger-red Trek E-bike.

Sadly, she died from pancreatic cancer on February 17, 2023, at the age of 67.

Her husband, Hanns, graciously donated her bike to be sold to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research at UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center.
