We will be meeting Aleena and her dad over lunch. After a diagnosis of congestive heart failure, due to dilated cardiomyopathy, Aleena became the second child at American Family Children's Hospital to receive the gift of life through a heart transplant. We will hear Aleena's remarkable story firsthand and learn about the miracle of life-saving transplants and how care team members support patients and families throughout their health journey.
