Over the last year, Coach Greg and Michelle Gard have traveled throughout the state to raise awareness of — and $1.3 million dollars for — their initiative, Garding Against Cancer. Their inaugural efforts have proven to be a resounding success as supporters, alumni, and Badgers of all ages rallied around their cause that's dedicated to advancing research and helping those who are battling cancer across Wisconsin.
